Whether you’re manually inputting data or reviewing consumption trends, Anomaly Detection Alerts will make your workflow smoother and more efficient.
Anomaly Detection Alerts is a smart tool that allows you to set specific conditions to trigger alerts when data falls outside expected ranges. This feature is especially useful for identifying typos, outliers, or unusual consumption patterns during manual data entry.
Set your own alert conditions based on consumption amounts, time ranges, or other metrics.
Tailor conditions by entity – each entity can have its own unique thresholds.
Compare data across different time ranges (e.g., last year, last month) to identify anomalies.
Choose how often the system checks for anomalies: daily, weekly, or monthly.
Receive alerts via email or directly through TTGreen notifications.
Once conditions are set, the system will generate an Alert Summary if consumption exceeds the defined thresholds.
Review all alert activities per year and per entity on a dedicated summary page.
Users can choose to ignore alerts and provide reasons for doing so, ensuring transparency and accountability for audit purposes.
Define the conditions that will trigger an alert (e.g., consumption amount exceeds a certain threshold).
The system will automatically check for anomalies based on your selected frequency.
Check the Alert Summary page to review all triggered alerts.
Ignore alerts if necessary or keep the amount and provide reasons for audit / reporting purposes.
