The Data Request module enables you to collect ESG data—including Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions— Scope 3 from external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, resellers) or internal colleagues via a secure email link. All submitted data must be reviewed and approved before it is reflected in the Data Input section.
Initiate a Request:
Navigate to Data Request > Create Request.
OR click Send Request under any activity of Data Input
2. Define Scope:
Recipients: Add email addresses of suppliers, resellers, or colleagues.
Data Type: Select environmental, social, or governance metrics (e.g., Scope 3 emissions, diversity stats).
Time Frame: Specify the fiscal year/month for the requested data.
To Create a Single Request:
Click the "Single" button.
From the dropdown menu, select the desired Fiscal Year.
Click the "Add Activities" button to proceed.
Select the desired activity(ies) and click the Confirm button.
Select the desired Data Provider and click the Next button.
In the Request Details section, fill in the required information. This allows the Data Provider to contact you with any questions.
Click the Send button to submit your request.
To Create a Recurring Request:
Click the "Recurring" button.
From the dropdown menu, select the desired Fiscal Year.
Click the "Add Activities" button to proceed.
Select the desired activity(ies) and click the Confirm button.
Click Next to proceed.
Select the desired Data Provider and click the Next button.
Fill in the following details:
Request Profile Name
Date
Recurring Frequency
Contact Person details
Click the Send button to submit the request.
Review Submissions:
Go to Data Request > Pending Requests.
Approve or Reject:
Approve: Data is automatically added to Data Input under the selected fiscal year.
Request Revisions: Add comments (e.g., "Provide fuel consumption in liters, not gallons") and resend the request.
