Lesson 6 : Goals

1. Log in to the TT GREEN platform.

2. From the left navigation menu, select Goals.

6.1 Types of Goals

You Can Set Two Types of Goals:

• Environmental Goals
  Set quantitative targets based on measurable ESG metrics such as emissions or energy usage.
  Example: "Reduce Scope 1 emissions by 20% by 2030."
  
  

• Qualitative Goals
  Define descriptive objectives that support broader sustainability efforts.
  Example: "Achieve ISO 14001 certification by Q3 2025."

6.2 Creating an Environmental Goal

6.3.1 Step 1: Name the Goal & Select Participants

1. Click Set a New Goal > Set Up an Environmental Goal.

6.3 Creating a Qualitative Goal

1. Click Set a New Goal > Set Up a Qualitative Goal.

 2. Type the details of the goals:

• • Title: Name the goal (e.g., "Implement Employee Wellness Program").

  • Participants: Select relevant locations/entities.

  • Time-Bound: Define start and end dates.

  • Additional Details: Add descriptions, KPIs, or milestones (e.g., "Train 100% of staff on wellness policies by Q2 2025").

  • Click Create.

6.4 Managing Goals

• View All Goals: The Goals page displays active, completed, and upcoming goals.

• Edit/Delete: Hover over a goal and click Edit or Delete.

• Track Progress:

  • Click "Details" to track the existing goals
