The platform organizes entities into a three-tier hierarchical structure, ensuring clear data ownership and access control:
1.0.1 Group (1st Level)
Highest level in the organizational structure. Full visibility and control over all Subsidiaries and Branches.
Access privileges:
View and manage all ESG data across the entire organization.
Oversee user permissions for all Subsidiaries and Branches.
Generate consolidated reports for regulatory and internal compliance.
Allow to review and revise the data in subsidiary and branch level
1.0.2 Subsidiary (2nd Level)
Intermediate level, Manages its own data and users, as well as its Branches.
Access privileges:
Manage its own ESG data and user accounts.
Administer Branches under its jurisdiction.
No visibility into other Subsidiaries.
Allow to review and revise the data in branch level
1.0.3 Branch (3rd Level)
Operational level, Can only manage its own data and users.
Access privileges:
Can only manage its own ESG data and users.
Cannot view data from other Branches or Subsidiaries unless granted permission.
